Free Tone - Calling & Texting App Reviews

At first it was working just fine. Then it started not showing my messages between me and another person I can see what I sent and I can see what he/she sent. So I deleted and reinstalled, then it did the same exact thing... Help!

I love it. The best part is, its free. This is great because of you dont have a phone and you need to call someone, you can just use this! My one problem is the you need internet to use it. Otherwise, its amazing! I LOVE it

I like the app but really dislike that I have to delete and reinstall it to see my messages or calls. Then I dont get notification of a call until after the call ends. Im waiting for an update. Once those things are fixed I can share with my family and friends. #pleasehelp

This is still the best app for the "free" text and call I use it to call my friends in Iran I get better reception than I do with my I phone . I also use it when I want to get information, but dont want to give my cell or business numbers . I think its fantastic especially when I think about the thousand dollar phone bills I used to get from ATT years ago . Thank you FreeTone

I use this a regular home phone ... Works great with my wifi sometimes. I cant answer the phone when it rings ... It wont work

I used to receive and place calls all the time but now the only function I can use is texting. When I attempt to place a call it goes back to main screen. No Bueno.

since Ive had the app, voicemail has never worked. I cant hear any voicemails people leave me.

I love the unlimited calling and texting but it has a major issue! The other person on the line cannot for the life of me hear anything from my end! Which makes this app useless!

But need some improvement in the calling aspect.

You took my number without warning and its the Main number i use for everything even my job so u need to give it back

Worked perfectly for the past year. Randomly stopped actually sending and reciewing SMS texts, but itll display send. Just started this about a week ago. Not ok. Its def caused unecessary drama.

App is good, but should add the ability to have more than one number at a time.

I love this app, only thing is everytime I delete message the nxt time I open app they all back. Other than that its a great app

Ive been using this app for about 4 or 5 years, since it was called TextMe. The app is great, but since the last 2 updates, Ive experienced the following issues: 1) Multiple conversation windows from the same person Im texting; 2) Super slow when I type a message; 3) Crashing and signing me out in the middle of a text exchange; 4) When I delete the multiple windows of conversation pertaining to the same person, later these windows are all back. I hope this can be fixed, as I enjoy this app a lot. Thank you.

Calling doesnt work as good anymore. I can hardly hear what the persons saying or it wont let me hear anything at all whether I put my volume high or not.

It is total free to call and the calls are very good and smooth!

Every since upgrade app crashes I cant click on No name for conversations past or present! I am a faithful user! Im getting ready to flip flop on you. Terrible terrible fix app asap

I cannot receive Incoming calls. EVERYTIME I want to text someone the app crashes and I try again then crashes. The latest update didnt do anything to fix any of the other problems. And the quality of our phone calls are worse. When I talk to someone they keep saying Im breaking up/cant understand me. Fix it and you will get good reviews!!!!! (You can send pics now)

Crash 100% after update. How could this type of quality be able to pass QA? Who would ever allow this to release?
